Shipping & Returns

 Shipping Australia

 Free Shipping for orders over $100.

 Orders up to $100 shipping is a standard $10 rate per order (not per garment).

 Orders are sent by Australia Post Express Post service to allow for orders to be tracked.

 All orders are processed within 3 working days of receipt and products shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. If the order is not able to be shipped within 5 days we will contact you by email advising the expected despatch date. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you on the day of despatch.

 Shipping International

 Cost is a standard $25 per order and we use Australia Post - Registered International*. Delivery is within 5-10 working days from dispatch and a Receipt Signature is required

We advise you to choose a business/work delivery address to avoid delays in receipt

 *All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Where a signature is required and no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the packages may be taken to the local post office or courier depot for collection.


 Some countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges levied before your goods can be released by customs. Unfortunately QSC is not able to estimate what these charges might be.

 Good shipped overseas are exclusive of Australian GST and this will be deducted from your order.

 Returning goods on which duty has been paid

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.

 Exchange & Refund Policy.

 We offer a 14 day no fuss returns policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, would like to swop your size or you change your mind. This includes sale items. Garments must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of your order so please allow a few days for postage so please return promptly if you would like to exchange.

 Goods must be returned;

  1. In their original condition, with all labels & swing tickets and packaging intact.
  2. Unworn and unwashed.
  3. When trying on  ENSURE YOUR SWIMWEAR IS TRIED ON OVER YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR – we reserve the right to refuse return of an item where this has not been followed for hygienic reasons.
  4. Free from odour, including tobacco smoke.
  5. With the original receipt and a QSC Returns Form which was included with your order.

Terms & Conditions:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded).
  • Delivery costs cannot be refunded.
  • QSC is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case QSC will refund any postage costs.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, though is typically less.

Returns Procedure

Goods can be returned to QSC without prior notice, but if you are in any doubts, please contact our customer service department for help.Please include the Invoice that came with your purchase to the address below. If you have lost your Invoice please call us & we will look after you. QSC cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered or Express Post.

On receipt of your exchange and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund. We normally process your return within 3 business days of receipt.
