Delivery & Postage
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. If the order is not able to be dispatched within 5 days we will contact you by email advising the expected dispatch date. Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown on the back of the packaging.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Where a signature is required and no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the packages may be taken to the local post office or courier depot for collection. Time taken for delivery depends on delivery location
Should you require clarification of delivery times and/or what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.

Customs/Duty For Overseas Orders
Some countries have import duty and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. Unfortunately QSC is not able to estimate what these charges might be. For orders being delivered overseas, you are not liable to pay the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and this will be deducted from your order. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Exchange & Refunds
14 DAY NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY
Returned garments must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Allow a few days for postage so please return promptly if you would like to exchange. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SWIMWEAR IS TRIED ON OVER YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR – we reserve the right to refuse return of an item where this had not been followed for hygienic reasons.
Queensland Swimwear Company (QSC) is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including sale items.
Goods must be returned;
- In their original condition, with all labels & packaging tags intact.
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Free from odour, including tobacco smoke.
FREE DELIVERY ON EXCHANGES:
QSC will cover any delivery charges worldwide for exchanged items, any number of times up to 30 days after the original dispatch date of the order. We reserve the right to charge the applicable fee where new items are added that constitute a new order. For Australian orders, this will be by Parcel Post, and for overseas orders by regular Airmail. However, since these methods do not require a signature, we are unable to accept responsibility in case of loss in transit. Your returns forms will detail alternative methods at extra cost.
Terms & Conditions:
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded).
- Delivery costs cannot be refunded, though we offer a free delivery option for exchanged items.
- QSC is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case QSC will refund any postage costs.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, though is typically less.
Returns Procedure
Goods can be returned to QSC without prior notice, but if you are in any doubts, please contact our customer service department for help. For your convenience, QSC provides a personalised returns form that can be found with your delivery note on the front of your parcel. Simply complete this form and return along with the goods to the address below. If for some reason you lose your returns form please email us & we will be happy to send you another one.QSC cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you use a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post.
On receipt of your exchange and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the items returned and the details of any exchange or refund. We normally process your return within 3 business days of receipt.
